January 2008 – March 2012 (4 years 3 months) Little Rock, Arkansas Area• Was involved in designing, assembling and detailing of business jet interior components like Partition Assembly, Window Panel Assembly, Galley, Vanity and Side ledge Assembly using Catia V5.• Act as a liaison between Engineering and Shop floor.• Co-ordinate with stress and based on the FEA reports make design modifications to the interior monuments.• Was involved in creating Main and Nose Landing Gear components using Catia V5. Lead a team of over 10 members successfully in modeling and drafting of the Landing Gear components.• Was involved in developing new design Electrical Wire Harness for Cabin Interior of Business Jets. Used Catia V5 Electrical Harness Installation (EHI) to create the 3D & 2D electrical wire harness Installations. Electromotive Diesels (EMD) – Mahindra Satyam Oct 2007 – Dec 2007 (3 months)Worked extensively with Unigraphics NX 2, NX4 and Teamcenter Engineering.• Worked in Design modification of EMD 8, 12, 16 and 20 cylinder Diesel engines.• Modified design based on the Change Request (CR) for multi-cylinder locomotive diesel engine and also updated the BOM in Teamcenter engineering.Airbus– Hamburg, Germany Dec 2005 – Sep 2007 (1 Year 10 Years)Worked extensively with Catia V4, Enovia VPM and DMU tool Dvise.• Worked in Creation of Section 15 CCC Interior Wire harness using Catia V4 for Airbus A380. This work involved Fixed Bracket proposal satisfying the TDD and SIDP. • Worked in Photo BM Implementation for Basic Bundle of Airbus A380 - MSN11, MSN14 and MSN18 using Catia V4. .• Created Section 13 Basic Bundle for A340-MSN575 based on the given input 2D drawings.

• Design of Automobile Engine and Transmission Components The scope of the work is creation of 3D modeling and drafting of 4 cylinder in-line Ambassador Car Engine assembly, Clutch assembly and Gear box assembly using Catia V5. GD&T was maintained. Those 3D models were the inputs for the R&D team.• Snap fit design for Roof Rack assemblyWas a part of the conception, design and development of a Snap fit design. 3D Modeling based on rough concept sketch and complete design calculating inlet and exit angle for a snap fit of Roof Rack is done in Catia V4.• Design of Steering Column Assembly: Design, assembly and drafting of all components of steering column Assembly in Catia V4 for NSK Steering Systems was done. Manufacturing drawings with complete Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance were created. • Design of Automobile components Involved in the Design and Drafting of the following automotive components using Catia V5: Cam Shaft, Rocker arm, Spare Wheel Carrier, Bracket Clutch Fluid Line, Cap Camshaft Bearing.
