Constant sharing of knowledge (while me, myself, also learn with others) and use of fundamental tools such as onboarding, 1:1s, and other team rituals are also part of the day-by-day work.• Production: designing art production while collaborating with other teams to understand product goals, technical constraints, and team forces/restrictions, aways ensuring the info flow and constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
