In May we had two employees, and a commitment with the Brazilian Regulatory Agency to launch operations in 29 cities in the São Paulo State by January 2000. I was the Senior Project Manager for the whole Project We met this deadline, and launched a full-fledged Fixed Telephony Company in 247 days, with a call center, installers, IT and Billing Systems, including 800 trained employees. We employed Wireless Local Loop CDMA technology, with 7 switches and 105 cell sites. By end of 2000 Vesper had 500,000 clients, had invested around 1.5 Billion dollars, deployed its services in 17 States and 80 cities; we installed around 800 cell sites, and 25 switches. Financially we did better in EBITDA as compared with the Business Plan. Led, defined and executed Strategic Plan, Market and Sales planning and execution, Strategy in the Market, competition analysis, and product positioning and client targets. -
