Tricia Greeley is a Management Consultant who partners with CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs to deliver greater business value through strategic human resource practices. Tricia started her corporate career in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Research Scientist. Following her time at the bench, she held various roles in R&D and Marketing prior to moving into Human Resources. Her corporate experience was gained at large, midsize, and small pharmaceutical companies, including Merck, Otsuka, Valeant, Biovail, and Celgene, a global biotechnology company. After spending nearly half of her 20-year corporate career “in the business”, Tricia knows the importance of delivering business-focused HR solutions that result in minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations of the business. With a keen ability to understand and connect people, processes, and technology, she is driven by the satisfaction of helping leaders build high-impact HR functions that will help solve some of their stickiest problems. A life-long learner and curious by nature, Tricia solves a problem by looking at all angles while deconstructing it to gain a clear understanding. With clarity, she builds frameworks to validate the problem, identify solutions, and plan actions. Problem-solving and plan execution are capabilities Tricia has honed in on and considers to be second nature. Tricia holds a BS degree in Microbiology from the Pennsylvania State University and an MPS degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Coaches and is a Six-Sigma green belt. Tricia is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). When not working with clients, Tricia enjoys making jewelry, yoga, and traveling with her husband, Rob.
