My scope as a member of the PMO Team includes delivering large scale programs and projects that benefit Riot Esports in EMEA and beyond. After launching the VALORANT Esports EMEA Ecosystem successfully with an amazing team and leading the project of rebuilding the Riot Games Arena for the 2024 season, I have since moved back to League of Legends EMEA to foster a collaborative and strategically aligned team that can deliver some of the most incredible player experiences imaginable in Esports.

As a member of the PMO (Project Management Office), my role involves providing support for a wide array of projects spanning the entire EMEA Esports landscape. My versatility shines through various responsibilities, ranging from facilitating workshops to effectively managing intricate programs. Notably, my current focus is dedicated to the successful launch and establishment of VALORANT Esports in the EMEA region.

I hold the responsibility for orchestrating the seamless delivery of the VALORANT Esports ecosystem within the EMEA region. My role encompasses the development and design of efficient work systems, strategic roadmap planning, and the diligent execution of our plans. Additionally, I actively engage in fostering collaboration with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our overarching product strategy.

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.Identifying and enabling project managers to fully plan, execute and close projects within the larger programs identified for the organization.
