As a risk manager at Cisco I manage the broker and carrier relationships for our casualty coverage, and am secondary support to our Director of Risk Management for Cisco's Tech E&O/ Cyber Program. I manage claims against these programs, which involves coordination between broker, carrier, and internal/ external Legal contacts.
