- The challenge of becoming a national travel provider in Mexico required a comprehensive corporate-wide solution. We implemented Project Mexico, a solution that enabled our regional clients to receive and sell our local product, complying with tax requirements and positioning us as a domestic supplier. As a result, we experienced a substantial 29% increase in the first 4 months, solidifying our position as a key player in the Mexican market.- I coordinated a multidisciplinary team to successfully implement both our national and international product offerings within our Vacation business line, working closely with various departments to ensure a seamless launch.- As a Technical Account Manager, I was responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of our platform by our clients. Through personalized support and technical problem-solving, I increased customer productivity and strengthened our market position. - Facing the uncertainty of the Argentine market and its currency's volatility, we decided to protect our contracts in USD. We implemented dual currency in the Argentine region for our local customers, displaying our product with the contract currency, eliminating exchange rate risk.d- We joined forces to better understand our customers. By integrating a data capture solution into our API, we created a bridge between product teams, and revenue and contracting departments. This strategic collaboration allows us to maximize the potential of data, generating valuable insights that drive innovation and growth.-Our technology platform was like an old building, with solid foundations but an internal structure that needed an urgent renovation. Together with my team, we embarked on an ambitious mission to modernize our architecture and eliminate the accumulated technical debt.
