As part of the Airbus Secure Land (SLC) Central Supply Chain's business development team, my responsibilities include:- Being responsible for supply chain Order-To-Cash (OTC) and Logistics process management and development- Acting as business stream lead in SAP S4 Hana system migration - Being in charge of SAP process improvement, User technical support and user training- Continuously looking for better ways of working and enhancement possibilities in supply chain processes- Coordinating with business functions in defining user requirements and needs for improvement

Airbus Secure Land Communications (SLC) is a subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space which develops, installs and maintains secure hybrid networks, professional mobile radio devices and solutions based on TETRA, Tetrapol and LTE technologies. https://www.securelandcommunications.com/As part of the Project Delivery team of Airbus SLC Finland's Supply Chain organization, my responsibilities include:- Manage the order-to-cash process that fulfills customer needs and corporation objectives on quality, time and cost - Process day-to-day sales order and follow up work packages-Coordinate with logistics operators and forwarders in order packing, delivery and customs clearance- Ensure and monitor export and/or import legal/financial requirements- Support operational inventory management and forecasting- Define and update materials risk assessment and KPI reports- Trigger invoicing and facilitating cash collection as per contractual terms- Internal and external customer service- Define and analyze root causes for delivery performance.- SAP SD Key User, whose tasks involve user support, user training, system improvement and process development.- Tools used: SAP S/4 HANA, Qlik Sense, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Google Suite

Bluefors Oy specializes in cryogen-free dilution refrigerator systems with a strong focus on the quantum computing and information community. As part of the company's purchasing department, my responsibilities involve:- Handling day-to-day RFQ, PO, PO confirmation, reclamation for both direct and indirect procurement- Following up order statuses, requesting status updates from supplier on weekly basis- Solving problems related to late delivery, wrong or defective products, and invoicing- Updating and managing sourcing-related data (item, supplier & pricing)- Finding and contacting new suppliers to fulfill the needs of different departments
