- In charge of recruitment process (from sourcing candidate to interviewing and onboarding)- Implement digital marketing campaign to attract candidates.- Building Employer Brand (EB).- Building talent pools for each position base on approved Job Description.- Providing new employees with needed information about company (history, benefit,...) through orientation course.

- Develop recruiting plan for Northern Campuses base on the number of headcounts have been approved from HRD and BOD.- Implement digital marketing campaign to attract candidates.- Sorting and building talent pools for each position base on approved Job Description.- Building Employer Brand (EB).- Coordinating and directly participating in the recruting process for each Campus

- Identify and close gaps in existing staff members' skills through survey and provide instruction.- Directly induct new members of staff by providing them with the requisite preparation on the first working week.- Making training plan for each month, base on other departments need.- Providing help in recruiting process and Employer Branding when needed.- Coordinate training process, evaluate the quality of each course.

- Designing Advance Learning Plans (ALPs) for gifted students from all Vinschool Campuses.- Finding and inviting (recruiting) suitable experts to cooperate teaching and guiding gifted students base on approved ALPs.- Together with Coordinator creating and managing Job descriptions for experts of each field, base on ALPs needs.- Coordinating and evaluating teaching process.- Help in maintaining and upgrading Employer Brand for Gifted and Talented Students (GATE) Centre.- Act as a bridge between experts and parents through out the courses.- Together with experts orientate gifted students on how to use their gifed talents.
