• Assist in daily general account duties and perform bookkeeping duties;• Maintain Account Receivable and Account Payable, ensure all monthly reporting for group are reviewed and managed;• Involve in standard weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end closing and reporting for all other accounting related matters;• Prepare sale commission and staff claim reimbursement;• Prepare and execute vendor payment and ensuring supporting document are complete;• Liaise with sales team, suppliers regarding payment updates/ status;• Check and ensure the accuracy and completeness of Audit transaction and supporting documents;• Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation;• Maintain bank transaction and reconciliation;• Assist other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time;• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries;• Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary

• Welcoming members at the club;• Receive and process member requests related to members' benefits and services directly at the club and over the phone;• Discuss and work with relevant departments to bring benefits provide the best experience for members;• Submit report as required by manager.• Other task if any.

• Support in performing transactions related to financial products/services, savings, credit, opening and managing accounts, consultingand answering questions for customers,... under guidance directly from banker.• Learn and apply how to look up and support documents and contracts for each project.• Perform work according to management's instructions.

• Taking care of the company's current customers, finding and developing new customers;• Learn about customers' investment needs and expectations, and their ability to accept risks in securities investment;• Recommendations on risks related to stock trading and the use of each product and service;• Support customers in building investment strategies and risk management strategies suitable for each customer;• Write update reports, business valuation reports, industry reports, technical analysis reports...;
