• Presented research finding during our collaborators annual conference using a story telling approach that resulted in doubling recruitment numbers for the study in one month.• Managed 2 D&I NIH- funded national clinical trials. Led a team of 2 primary investigators, 1 center director, 1 study coordinator and 2 research assistant.• Managed monthly communication with 63 sites across 25 states with an average of 6 community collaborators at each site.• Preformed statistical data analysis, interpreted findings, and summarize reports for conferences and meetings during the year.• Used canvas to update the marketing materials for the study including presentations for stakeholders, data visualization and flyers to increase research uptake and this resulted in a 60% increase in KPIs.• Created a Redcap database for monitoring study procedures and optimizing our data storage; managed and updated more than 15 Excel databases, each with more than 500 data entries.• Develop videos and update study procedures to facilitate the engagement of our community partners for over 90 collaborators at 18 sites, which resulted in 10% increase in staff engagement.• Qualified to provide IRB training to community members.• Led successful team effort to adapt data collection protocols and develop safety procedures during remote continuation of the study under the COVID-19 pandemic.
