She is a Section 404/Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) subject matter expert and has worked in the process-reengineering and audit industry for over 20 years. She has managed hundreds of worldwide finance & IT SOX projects for private, non-profit, pre-IPO, and public companies. Mrs. Bockwoldt invented the Vibato Internal Control Suite® and designed the firm's internal audit, process-reengineering, COBIT, COSO 2013, and SOX 404 practice methodologies and deliverables. These products have been deployed in over ten countries and translated into several languages. Mrs. Bockwoldt is a published thought leader in magazines and websites such as CFO.com, Compliance Week, DealFlow Media, Inc., Strategic Finance Magazine, Investment Weekly News, IT Business Edge, and others. She has also taught the methodologies she invented at universities and nationwide CPA training events for NASDAQ, CalCPA Education Foundation, Bowne, Tatum LLC, Burr Pilger Mayer, and others.Before founding Vibato, Mrs. Bockwoldt worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Sarbanes-Oxley External Auditor, McKesson Corporation as a Senior Manager in charge of the SOX compliance efforts at Corporate ($104B/40 subsidiary consolidation), and Frank, Rimerman + CO, LLP as a Senior Manager for SOX, process-reengineering, and internal audit projects.Mrs. Bockwoldt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science and a Master's in Taxation and Business Administration.
