• Part of team which worked as internal consultants to provide analytics based process improvement recommendations to delivery teams• Worked End to end development of models and presenting the results to stakeholders• Created and deployed resource demand – supply matching model based on optimization scheme called network flow model. The model brought best demand-supply matches together by comparing skills, level, location and fulfillment dates. This model replaced an existing manual process, bringing down a day long process to couple of hours.• Created and deployed bench and attrition planning that looked at historic attrition data and gave recommendation by considering current headcount, revenue and cost per seat. The model was based on statistical technique called stochastic programming.
