Technical Trainer in service department.

-Imparting Training to Service Technician.-Training needs analysis and planning of training schedule in tandem with pan India training requirements.-To impart the technical training & business process training to internal staff and pan India dealer team.-To create new training modules for new products and to review and upgrade the existing training modules from time to time to incorporate latest changes in the current product lineup and to best suit the needs of the field.-To periodically upgrade the infrastructure, tools, equipment and gadgets etc. based on requirements.-To keep the training documentation and data updated and to generate the MIS.-To control the Training Budget and effective utilization of available resources.-To search for potential training centers for training network expansion.

-Handled the sales and service of portable cabins.-Product support and product application.
