Working in Quality Assurance for more then 3 years, responsible for -1- Doing Process audits, Dock audits. 2- Doing Layout inspection, Requalification, PDIR .3- Doing SPC of the critical to quality parts and studying process capability. 4- Doing Kaizen & Poka Yoke to ensure defect free product. 5- Updating and maintaining Issue tracker sheet, validating the root cause with the help of CFT, and concluding Permanent corrective action. 6-Making inspection plan according to CTQ parameters to ensure efficient Quality Inspection. 7- Maintaining & Updating MIS daily for morning meeting.
