CurrentI'm working on the mid-core shelter "Hustle Castle". As a game designer, I perform the following tasks:1. Creation of events, work on monetization mechanics of the project.2. Maintenance of implemented features, mechanics, events.3. Writing technical specifications and GDD for programmers and artists.4. UX-Design, elaboration of logic and layout.5. Managing micro-team of development and operating events.6. Project configuration in .json files.7. Analysis of various project metrics.8. Calculation of the project balance (monetization and progress in events).9. Maintaining features in jira.10. Supervision of running events, analysis of effectiveness, search for improvement points.
