One of two founders of this charity, I was involved in governance, trustee management, volunteer recruitment, developeing strategic partnerships with relevant organisations alongside the strategic management and setting the direction for the charity. I was responsible for marketing the charity whilst ensuring the strategic goals were reflected in the marketing material- imperative when seeking local government funding or seeking alternative funding routes.

I took this role on as the charity was winding down, but retained responsibility for ensuring volunteers and strategic partners organsiations in the Kettering/Corby/Wellingborough area knew of our presence and how we could support them, as well as guide the organisation, it's trustees and it's subsidiary charities through change management and the eventual closure of the charity.

As a member of a workers cooperative my sales and marketing responsibilities spanned both at operational day today duties such as order processing and customer liaison, operational management such as product and stock levels, supplier liaison, recruitment and label design and branding as well as strategic management for example decision making on key asset purchasing (warehouse, fleet etc).
