Vicki is the Managing Partner at Cook Advisory Partners, LLC. Consultants at Cook Advisory Partners (CAP) have over 25 years’ experience in technology, IT sourcing, finance and management consulting. CAP supports clients of all sizes, in every industry - both client and supplier side and offers complete end-to-end advisory and consulting services for the sourcing life cycle in today's challenging sourcing environment. Prior to CAP, Vicki was a Project Director at Information Services Group (formerly known as TPI). During her tenure there she supported over 50 Fortune 1000 clients globally, responsible for managing major client engagements for both ITO and BPO transactions valued at several $bn. Experience includes new transactions, renegotiation of existing sourcing contracts, strategy and assessments, organization model design and process implementation, and on-going governance and management services. Prior to ISG, Vicki was Director of Finance and Administration at Computer Sciences Corporation. Her most recent experience at CSC included managing all aspects of finance and administration for two major sourcing engagements – Pinnacle Alliance with JP Morgan and another with AT&T. Prior to managing these engagements steady state, she was also a member of the proposal and transition teams, providing the continuity through multiple phases to ensure stability and success.
