Race director for the Spring 5k and Fall 5k races for the GOTR Buffalo Chapter. Also serve on the GOTR Board of Directors.

Checkers AC has weekly track workout sessions every Tuesday night from April until November. Nearly 120+ members come to the weekly sessions. We also have a marathon training program, and a youth program.

Taught Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics to undergraduate students. Coached the middle and distance runners, recruiting track & field, Cross country student-athletes.
