I have a wonderful opportunity to consult for a company recently. During this time I was able to share my knowledge and experience with best practices to transition employees from an office setting to working remotely. Transitions can be difficult for employees as they need to find new ways to continue to feel they are part of a team and remain focused daily. This time can also be hard on leaders as they learn new ways to keep their team members engaged. Leaders also have to have a deep level of trust in their employees since they can't "see" how they are doing in the office daily now. However, if a company has procedures and rules in place to coach to when needed, working at home can become a win-win for the company and the employee.

I will lead a tech triage team to support Sales team members as the work from their homes.

As a Lead for the ever growing Work at Home program I continue to create updates to maintain an universal process for all areas of the business to follow. The program has expanded to over 700 associates between multiple departments and locations. Being able to support all associates as needed is an important part of the job. Maintaining business relationships internally and externally with Internet Service Providers is vital in the position.

Currently I lead the Work at Home program for Esurance for 380 agents and growing. This involves promoting the program internally, training associates on procedures and ordering the necessary internet connections for all users. This also includes supporting remote training offices as needed. On a daily basis I work with associates, Management teams, IT Staff and outside vendors to maintain the program.
