Development and delivery of two family support projects across the West Midlands region with budget responsibility of £140k, supporting more than 100 families over 1 year• Project-managed the Family Outreach service across Birmingham, Sandwell, Warwickshire and Staffordshire, consistently exceeding engagement and support targets• Motivated and managed a team of three to deliver across a range of outcomes in areas of multiple deprivation, and with hard-to-reach client groups• Delivered 1:1 complex casework with families, covering a range of areas including child protection and safeguarding issues, school exclusions and challenging behaviour in the home• Evaluated performance against project objectives, reporting to commissioners and funders• Ensured the delivery of a high quality service that meets the client needs, through effective monitoring and evaluation within the service• Worked alongside the charity’s senior management team to obtain more than £500k in grant funding for the service over 5 years• Developed and published a range of materials to help professionals working with people with autism, including a workbook for siblings and a sensory profile toolkit• Supported the team with the delivery of advice sessions, training workshops and family activities

Delivery of a service for children with autism and their families in the Black Country, supporting 80 families over 18months• Set up the project alongside the family services manager, designing the best delivery model to suit the project outcomes• Developed and delivered advice sessions, an awareness training programme for families, sibling workshops and parent support groups• Delivered 1:1 casework with families, supporting them with strategies to help manage challenging behaviour in the home, attending CAF and other meetings, and liaising between the family and social care and education professionals• Set up and managed stay and play sessions for children with autism, as part of an early intervention programme of support
