Due to the belief that all children can and will learn no matter what social ills they face, I always look for opportunities to help teachers grow and become creative, effective professional educators.I have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills and the ability to create effective systems and processes to align, obtain, allocate and efficiently utilize human, financial and technological resources to ensure staff and students have the support needed to succeed.
