About Vickie B.

I am a hands-on retirement plan manager with with extensive plan administration experience for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. I manage qualified defined contribution plans such as 401(k), 401(a) money purchase, and profit sharing plans in addition to 403(b) plans, defined benefit pension plans and non-qualified 457(b) and 457(f) deferred compensation plans. Though I am very familiar with performing and reviewing the day-to-day functions necessary to keep retirement plans running smoothly, my expertise extends to compliance work and audit-related activities. I am also comfortable organizing and participating in retirement plan committee meetings, managing vendors, and working with with all levels of employees. I have dealt extensively with plan transitions—mergers, terminations, and implementations--as well as program enhancements, streamlining, and corrections. On a personal note, I enjoy managing a team, but also work well as an individual contributor. I am adaptable, flexible, and easily able to assimilate into any work environment. Based upon organizational needs, I can assist on a short-term basis, commit to more lengthy projects, or become a permanent employee. I am equally effective working on-site or remotely.
