I created the global Mindfulness@IBM community and led a grassroots movement, following the pockets of energy across the organization, engaging with other passionate IBMers, and aligning initiatives with corporate HR strategy. I led executive leadership development initiatives at IBM and designed/facilitated a variety of leadership experiences, including top talent and executive leadership workshops. I led teams responsible for IBMers transitioning into executive roles, including executive potentials and new executives. I worked with leaders at all levels in the organization, including senior executives. I was an active member of IBM's Coaching Community of Practice and coached executives and women on a trajectory to the executive suite. I also mentored IBMers from across the organization in creating their success. I led initiatives related being your best through health promotion and leading with resilience, partnering with IBM’s wellbeing/health promotion team. I spoke internally at career and leadership events about success and host a leadership blog, Leading with Intention.

I developed learning solutions to help employees grow their cloud computing skills and capabilities. I was responsible for gathering requirements, leveraging best practices to create innovative solutions, providing targeted roadmaps with experiential learning opportunities, maximizing asset reuse and minimizing redundant development efforts across organizations, and developing learning metrics to track and assess consumption, effectiveness and impact. I developed learning strategy, oversaw the cloud learning budget, managed the cloud learning portfolio, coordinated a team of learning designers, and collaborated with talent and learning leaders across the business.I was responsible for Cloud University, where IBMers access online cloud learning. Our team designed, developed, and managed the site and learning assets. I created an internal blog, The Cloud Curator-Learning4You, to create awareness of the wealth of cloud learning and resources available across the organization.

I helped employees grow and build great careers at IBM by developing a variety of talent programs in the areas of onboarding, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and career development. I also led strategy and visioning activities for our career organization.I was on the research team that designed IBM's global career framework and won an IBM Ovation Award for early design contributions. I developed the methodology for building the career path content and collaborated with teams from across the business to build the framework. I was also on the research team that developed IBM leadership competencies. My responsibility included creation of the interview and focus group protocols, facilitation of global focus groups, data interpretation and synthesis, and conversion of the data into competency descriptions.I was on the award-winning New Hire Experience/onboarding program team. We delivered IBM's first virtual global conference for new hires; my key contribution was development of the career track of the program and hosting the career booth. I also designed the successful Career Compass coaching program for new hires, career learning assets for customized learning plans, and career pages for our internal new hire web site. I started a monthly leadership communique called Try This! and an internal Growing a Great Career blog to inspire employees to be their best and have the impact they want.

I facilitated the assignment preparation and follow-up of Turkey Teams 5 and 6. This involved supporting each global team of approximately 14 IBMers in building their team, learning about corporate social responsibility, understanding Turkish customs and tradition, preparing for their projects, and sharing their experiences while on assignment and upon their return.

I was selected to participate in IBM's "peace corps" program. I went to Gaziantep, Turkey on assignment with a global team of IBMer's to assist the Chamber of Industry with development of their strategy for the local industry. We were focused on helping ensure global competitiveness by identifying ways to enhance research, development, and innovation. It was an amazing leadership opportunity that challenged my thinking, extended my comfort zone, and enriched my appreciation of cultural diversity.

In 2012, I served as the Chair of the Board. In 2011, I was the Vice Chair. I served as Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee in 2010-2011. I provided human performance measurement expertise to various IBM business units to ensure an appropriately skilled workforce for achieving business goals. I worked with various IBM brands to identify business drivers for their skill validation programs, assess readiness to launch programs, define the scope and focus of programs, ensure sound development procedures for assessments, coordinate assessment development, and evaluate program effectiveness. I facilitated test development workshops to train IBM and IBM Business Partner subject matter experts in writing and reviewing questions and tests. The professional certification programs, mastery testing programs, and other skill validation initiatives such as annual University events, that were created recognized individuals with the skills necessary to sell and support IBM products, promote quality services and business solutions, and create value for IBM in the marketplace.

I served as an appointed psychometrician, reviewing applications from associations interested in being recognized for meeting the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) professional standards.
