Register Child Foundation (CF) with all cities, states and countries that CF does fundraising in. Maintain and update office manuals as our board updates.Began with CF as temporary receptionist, hired on as Accounting Assistant, then promoted to in-office Compliance Officer.

Assisted the Executive Director in the execution of her job. CALL Primrose is a non-profit food bank assisting the needy and empowering them to get back on their feet. My job entailed communicating with clients, vendors, volunteers, etc., doing bank depostis of donations, thanking donors, thanking organizations, etc. a myriad of tasks to operate the Center.

Managed the Finance Dept. File Room. Responsible for organizing A/P, A/R, Employee Expenses and etc. Was also loaned to Legal Dept., Revenue Dept., PS Dept., Payroll and other depts. for projects.

Supporting Clinic staff. Scheduling all clinic appointments for Audiologists and Speech Pathologist; Supporting Executive Director, Director of Advocacy and Director of Education and Outreach; Liaison for patients, including customer service as well as acting as advocate with regards to foundation policy and protocol; Manage invoices, orders and purchases.

Aasistant to Director; Customer service, problem solving and general inquiries; Coordinated driver schedules; Generation of monthly logistic reports. Signed a 6 mos contract, Director asked for 3 mos extension. Left to go to yoga teacher training.

Worked at various companies as a temporary administrative assistant. Companies included: a non-profit organization, a mortgage company, a construction company, an Internet company and BFI Recycling. All of these companies offered me a permanent position.
