I am a highly experienced industry expert who supports businesses navigate through change in the ever evolving office environment we find ourselves in.My journey spans 20 years in the Design & Build industry, delivering transformational projects in both the Public and Private sector, working with key clients such as Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, Wood, Addleshaw Goddard, SCRA, Hoare Lea, and Sabio across the UK. I excel in working collaboratively with customers to drive initiatives and transform their vision into reality. Each client brings a new energy and that allows us to create tailored solutions to create workspaces based on how you work. It is this experience that provides you with the right advice to allow you to make the informed decisions about your business.These past years have been a challenge for everyone, and we are still finding businesses who are challenged with how we bring staff back into a inspiring, sustainable, collaborative environment. I am passionate about Sustainability and ensuring we approach each project with that in mind and work closely with our BREEAM certified site teams and design studios.The importance of Health and Wellbeing not only within our business, but everyone we work with aligns with my personal approach. It is so important to look after your people as a business, but it is also incredibly important to look after yourself. I have been actively involved in our Wellbeing Group supporting our staff on embracing the outdoors and taking part in some of our initiatives whilst also supporting our Charity Cancer Support Scotland.As a leader of the business I am constantly learning, and support and encourage my team to develop, every single day. For the past 3-years I have been a member of Vistage who specialise in leadership development and coaching. I have met the most inspiring business owners and speakers, who have challenged my thinking and helped me continue to grow and shape my approach to business.
