CurrentResponsible for developing/implementing account specific plans and strategies to achieve service, revenue, volume and profit goals.Guide and advice direct reports in all aspects of account development and ensuring they most effectively handle the day-to-day client’s business and interact with the client to maximum efficiency. Responsible for performance management of all account managers.Develop and execute approved account plans for assigned accounts to maintain and maximize client market. Ensures market share growth and actively seeks solutions and improvement programs as required.Utilize organizational methodology to drive market share growth and account transparency across the servicing teams. Communicates and drives account plan through regular communication and consistent documentation.Lead the operations to ensure program delivery, communication and challenge resolution. Deliver agreed upon usage, cost savings, compliance and performance metrics reporting.
