Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Report to Director of Sales and VP Software Chief Technology Officer. Provide administrative and sales support to sales staff (VP, Director, Regional Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Representatives). • Assist Sales Representatives with quotes, pricing exceptions, Salesforce (CRM) updates, monitor pipeline.• Establish working relationships with Resellers and End-Users to process orders, product availability, delivery.• Collect data and generate monthly and quarterly sales analysis/reports/presentations for business reviews. • Coordinated and planned meetings, conference calls, managed calendars, organization charts and contact lists. • Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and expense reports. • Follow-up with team on sales operations goals/directives to keep them aligned and focused.• Managed multiple state contracts including compliance, pricing and rebates. • Worked with the renewal staff to monitor upcoming expiring support contracts.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Report to Regional Directors. Provide inside sales support to direct/indirect account base including problem identification and resolution. Prepare forecast, quotes and submit special business discount approvals. Track region’s sales revenue and reconcile commissions. Administer budget and field demo equipment program. Liaison between sales teams and other functional groups such as order management, finance, contract management, and channel.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Report to Vice President of Sales. Manage and track licensee market development funds budget. Evaluate reimbursement requests for program compliance. Manage and track case sales by over 100 licensees – all channels. Generate sales and management reports. Administer the Licensee/Walmart’s Vendor Managed Pricing Program. Coordinate sales/marketing activities at a National Level. Maintain licensee/territorial company databases. Supervise sales support staff. Awarded Employee of the Year.
