I have been working in the dental industry for over 20 years. I have training in both clinical and management capacities. With my professional experience and my knowledge in the field of dentistry and skills in managing dental operations, I will systematically empower each member of your staff to maximize his or her unique role in the office. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, where I still reside. I am currently a coach for Million Dollar PPO. I am certified thru Bent Ericksen to personalize policy manuals. I have also worked as a certified Dentrix Software Trainer. Through all my training and experience, I have developed a passion for dentistry and a solid confidence in my ability as a coach.I am also certified thru Bent Ericksen, the leader in employment compliance and human resources products and support service.
