Housing Group and Transportation Department for West Coast Region:• Assisted bankers in coordinating their schedules, so all their deadlines were met; this included but was not limited to assisting with client presentations, research, event planning, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination. • Took care of all administrative issues as they related to RBC’s policies and procedures. This included making sure all approvals were in order for any conferences, sponsorships, gift giving and client entertainment. Also made sure that all their expense reports were submitted in a timely manner and expenditures were within policy. • Assisted/Coordinated with other departments whenever any of their equipment failed and/or needed replacing, (i.e. office phone, blackberry, laptop, etc.). Followed policy in facilitating the function of their blackberry whenever they needed to travel internationally.
