• Business Partner – Emerging Channel
• Business partnering with BU e-commerce and Easy Paint Service business, work closely with business teamfrom business strategy, FP&A, operation improvement and process control;
• Support various new business initiatives under China dynamic internet market, includes Business ModelTransformation (B2B to B2C), Margin Management, Continuous Improvement Plan and etc.;
• Prepare and present business reporting to management, perform variance analysis to deliver insights;
• In charge of rebate design and control, pricing strategy tracking, contract reviews, expense control, etc.Business Partner – MKT/RD&I
• Business partner role with responsibility of BU’s new product launch, promotion program & product pricing;

• Participate in commercial real estate investment related business development, financial analysis and postmanagement, projects incl. hotel & resort M&A, kids learning and clinical operation with RMB 2.8 billion;
• Review and analyze targets’ financial statements for opportunity evaluation & enhancement, risk screening,planning, and M&A execution;
• Build up valuations and cash flow model through market research, on-site visit and financial analysis;

• Participate in the statutory audit, group reporting and IPO audit for numbers of world leading companies,covering pharmaceutical, real estate, logistics, retail, manufacture, education & trading industries, etc.;
• Solid knowledge with PRC GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP and SOX Review;
• Lead the engagement team, analyze the business operation and financials of enterprises, issue audit reportsand disclosures of consolidated financial statements independently with the knowledge of client’s.
• Evaluate and identify enterprises’ internal control weaknesses and give proper recommendations.
