1. As a Headhunter:A) Complete the analysis of each position, determine the recruitment needs, determine the search direction and search channels; B) Search for candidates meeting recruitment requirements through various channels; C) Interview and select candidates, and recommend suitable candidates according to customers' needs and characteristics; D) Coordinate and arrange customer interviews, timely solve the problems encountered in the interview process; E) Coordinate salary negotiation and signing of offers; F) Provide follow-up services for candidates before, during and after entry, and provide corresponding career development suggestions for candidates. 2. Customer connection: Independently responsible for recruitment projects entrusted by clients, fully communicated with clients, analyzed job needs, described talent needs, arranged consultants for project operation and follow-up docking and feedback. Provide consulting or guidance to customers when necessary.Act as the Project POC (Customer’s 1st contact) for over 10 KA customers, contact with customer requirements in time, and follow up candidates’ status in pipelineGuide other consultants within the team for candidates’ intention control, Off-board guidance ect.Arrange internal training sessions, in order to enhance team members’ basic knowledge as a headhunter, and share marketing knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:During the period when I worked in HPI, I was responsible for Account Business support and Business operation to support regional AM & CSM of customer & vendor performance, data analysis and SLA analysis. Evaluate vendors & customers performance quarterly BPO. Profit and lost management, I have regular meetings with WW Management team to review CTY forecast, cost & margin and make corresponding plans. Job Responsibilities:1. Sales & Partner complains & issues management:Engaged in customer service for Partners & vendors in the early stage, mainly responsible for order tracking and management, and helping Partner solve online and offline problems. 2. Process SMENewly launched process management & standardization, in the middle of which I often communicate with Global Logistic teams/ MFG sites/ Sales teams/ Quote team and etc.. to align some standard settings then post that with Global teams. Participated in BPO process transfer management of order management and product configuration. As project SME, I was responsible for new-hire recruitment, process training, process improvement and quality management related to process transfer in GC team, and report the progress of process transfer to relevant customers and management teams.
