Hr Business Partner
Current•Partners with Directors & Heads within CRUK's Research & Innovation department to develop and deliver medium to long term people objectives to drive employee engagement and business performance•Supports the development and delivery of ambitious people plans that align to the the Research & Innovation strategy; addressing key business needs in line with the wider HR directorate operating plan and priorities•Collaborates with specialist HR colleagues (e.g. talent, reward) to ensure a seamless HR service to the directorates•Leads and delivers on organisation design work •Ensures structural, behavioural and cultural change is successfully implemented•Drive performance within departments utilising tools such as the engagement survey and Manager Insight; provide feedback and challenge •Acts as the key facilitator of key HR processes e.g. People Days/ Talent discussions, Performance Development Review Moderation, Talent/ Leadership Programme nominations etc.•Works closely with Reward colleagues to ensure appropriate pay positioning and ensure appropriate benchmarking data is available; determine salary positioning for senior hires.•Develops and leverages analytics to test hypotheses, draw out key insights and identify target action areas•Ensures senior employee relations matters are dealt with robustly and pragmatically and act as a point of escalation, managing high risk/senior cases as appropriate
