Hr Business Partner
Current- Partners with Directors & Heads within CRUK's Research & Innovation department to develop and deliver medium to long term people objectives to drive employee engagement and business performance
- Supports the development and delivery of ambitious people plans that align to the the Research & Innovation strategy; addressing key business needs in line with the wider HR directorate operating plan and priorities
- Collaborates with specialist HR colleagues (e.g. talent, reward) to ensure a seamless HR service to the directorates
- Leads and delivers on organisation design work
- Ensures structural, behavioural and cultural change is successfully implemented
- Drive performance within departments utilising tools such as the engagement survey and Manager Insight; provide feedback and challenge
