CurrentPeople Development And Performance (PDP) Cycle Management:- Presentrz duQ pc 202302072232 - Independently responsible for the People Development And Performance (PDP) cycle of Nestlé greater china region, coverage about 30 thousands employees. Directly connect with Headquarter Talent Management team, participate in the design and refine of Nestlé global performance system (SuccessFactors). Design and carry out various performance and talent management projects according to local situation- Working closely with HRBPs in the implementation of People Development And Performance (PDP) cycle including SMART performance goal and development goal setting, regular check-in, talking talent and year-end performance review etc. Responsible for the formulation of guidance in each parts, the corresponding training and guidance making for line managers and employees, conduct management level performance and talent review with leadership team and corresponding KPIs tracking- Building high performing culture in the organization through building high performer & high potential retention plan (e.g. internal talent movement mechanism) and low performer actions (e.g. performance improvement plan)Talent Management:- Driving and executing all talent strategies e.g. through Talking Talent conduct talent assessment, identify young talents, refine succession plan and build talent pipeline for key positions- Enhancing talent engagement and exposure through driving talent projects such as people/position in camera, coffee/lunch with CEO, monthly matching available talents and vacancies etc.- Setting up talent movement (global assignment, internal movement, cross unit movement) mechanism, refine process and enhance visibility- Driving career ladder/map refine, buildup dual career path and career day communication- Supporting Nestle Business School setup, e.g. assessment vendor selection,talent-post matching etc.- Setting up the framework of talent projects
