I am an RN with Critical Care and Community Nursing experience in Cardiff. I have an interest in Complex Care patients in the community and training of staff to be able to care for these patients. After 14 years working within the NHS, I moved to private care provision in 2014 and took up a Clinical Nurse Manager post at MPS Healthcare. I am currently Head of Candidate and Clinical Services within the same company, which now trades as Network Recruitment Wales and offers health care staff through MPS Healthcare and education staff through SET Recruitment. My role is focused on the provision of a good candidate journey for all locums from the point of recruitment, and to provide support and promote staff well being whilst with us.
