Manage the remote/local WOD BSC teams for the zone. Responsible for the work of 20-25 people at the WOD location. Activities include active performance management. Example: defining/measuring goals, recruitment/selection, resolution of employee issues, effective development, and proactive workforce and succession planning.Ensure that activities performed at a local BSC are performed in a manner consistent with targeted processes and meeting service levels. Ensure all required processes, system feeds, business transactions, and reporting are properly executed. Ensure SOX, internal, and external standards/regulations, and controls are in place and processes are in compliance. Lead routine branch communication with local Logistics and Commercial, including performance reviews, change management, and training.Determine, prepare, and manage team metrics. Provide required reports and analysis of report data to management. Monitoring process performance and addressing gaps.
