I started the company as a customer service advisor. my main duties were to input telephone and paper orders for wedding suits for retailers and small independent shops. I also dealt with enquiries from our customers. During my time there i developed enough skills and knowledge to get to customer service manager and running my own team. i was responsible for making sure the team delivered the best service, orders were up to date, calls answered in a specific time scale and assisted in any customer complaints.
