Lead for learning culture and digital learning transformation at SCB China through diSCover (LXP) adoption and Global Learning Week promotion, being the No.1 digital adoption at GCNA market to drive the culture transformation.2. Successfully landed culture and leadership program (Human, Inclusive Leadership, Global Challenge, Conduct) at China to promote Human culture and enhance leadership effectiveness being more inclusive and purposes led to build sustainable growth.3. Build people leader capability and future skills to support behavioural change via blended learning and coaching through 6 months LEADX leadership program, LEADX Webinar (Mandarin) and A3 problem solving program rollout at GCNA market from 2020 to 2021.4. Improve business performance via capability building and talent intervention by launching Frontline Manager Development Program (FMDP) to uplift business productivity 50%-60% and increase engagement and succession planning during 2019-2021.5. Provide learning advisory to support the design, development and delivery on needs based program, successfully tailor-made +10 team effectiveness workshop across corporate and retail banking business and support functions during 2017 to 2021.6. Build frontline capability through Day 1 Readiness (D1R) and Power 2 Perform (P2P) program. Being the D1R Master Facilitator to develop and up-skill facilitators for the implementation during 2013 to 2017.
