I work on a consultancy basis with colour me beautiful - the UK's most established Image Consultancy to manage their social media posts and liaise with our network of fabulous Consultants. I post content and engagement with our followers, clients and consultants across a variety of media. I create Pinterest boards to accompany our blog and create newsletters to our consultants and subscriber base. I also run training workshops for our consultants.

Working for Insight HR & Management Consultancy, I provide this service to one of our outsourced clients. I'm responsible for all aspects of OD, including learning and development, organisational projects, culture change and talent management. I'm also responsible for the recruitment strategy.We completed the first round of the talent management scheme I developed - 'Shooting Stars'. It's been a massively successful programme and received positive feedback from all the delegates. Over half the participants in the scheme got a promotion during the programme, with all saying Shooting Stars played a big part in their success.We also provide a full and innovative learning and development programme for staff this year. This includes targeted technical training to make sure the client has the skills it needs to delivers it's goals.

Again, working within our outsource client, I introduced a number of employee engagement initiatives. This was at a difficult time in the organisation's culture and structure. I also acted as a business partner to the Commercial and Corporate Services areas of the business.During this time, I introduced a new system of People Engagement Sessions. These are ways staff can get involved in changes and polices that affect them. Not just top down roll out!I also developed a new Competency Framework. This was unique in that it covered technical and professional competencies. This was on top of the 'core' areas, which mirrored the client's key values.Another key achievement was the review and rationalisation of all role profiles across the organisation.

I worked as a general consultant with a range of clients. I carried out reward projects, including whole organisation job evaluations and pay structure design. I did a number of market pay benchmarking projects, as well as delivering training interventions, HR audits, and policy design.I also looked after retained synergy clients. This is a service Insight provides to give on-going HR advice and support. I built excellent relationships with my clients and added value to the business.

Responsible for delivering on key areas of the HR Strategy and organisational projects. I led on the implementation of the National Framework Agreement (NFA). This was a major change project to modernise pay structures and rewards within the Higher Education Sector. We used the HAY job evaluation scheme to evaluate all roles and I designed a new pay structure for the College.I was the equality and diversity lead and I promoted the agenda across the organisation. I also completed an equal pay audit.I was responsible for policy development and advice to the HR team on more complex employee relations issues. I also negotiated and consulted with the three trade unions.

An HR generalist role supporting a range of Departments with casework and advice. I supported and advised on restructures, redundancies,grievances and performance management issues.I was a key contributor to a job evaluation project. We used the Higher Education product - HERA.I developed HR policies and produced management information and reports. I also produced pensions estimates and other pensions administration.
