In this role I am the main front of house manager for customer relations visiting each lodge on occupancy to ensure a personal service offering a detailed explanation of services available. I am the Manager of two outlets on the resort, the clubhouse and games room, where I coordinate a full and varied program of entertainment for the guests of all ages every day. This role sees me managing 8 full time staff planning work rotas and leave plans whilst organising their daily workload and dealing with disciplinary and welfare issues. Customer complaints and general comment cards are an area I lead, coordinating the various departments’ response, ensuring a continual review and improvement programme across the lodge. Overseeing large groups with specific requirements ensuring their needs are met for example:- Team Sky and Orica Green- Edge professional cycling team. I update all social media to promote the lodge experience. Coordinator for onsite voucher scheme, I improved sales for the Spa Experience/ Game drive/ Babysitting Service offering discounts for customers for multiple sales. I offer a comprehensive understanding of all Microsoft Office packages.
