  Assist the Business Process Manager (Digital) in managing the confirmation process for editions by performing regular QA checks of product metadata before their release in ONIX. Also manage exceptions to the Critical Path release dates, ensuring that commercially sensitive titles and metadata are not released before the appropriate time. Liaise with relevant teams to ensure records are complete before confirmation and add required operational data to records when required.Document internal ‘as-is’ processes from around the business and help the Business Process Manager to communicate any recommended changes to processes by creating clear guidelines and process diagrams. Took ownership of the Biblio and process pages on the company intranet to ensure they are up-to-date.Help create departmental Biblio user guides and produce training documentation based on best practices. Also proofread and update existing guides, as required, based on changes to the Biblio system or internal working practices. Work closely with Editorial and Production colleagues to oversee the timely release of ebook titles via online distribution titles.
