The Flourishing Pantry is a blog sharing my discoveries, recipes and advice for busy entrepreneurs wanting to eat and live healthier. The site is a recipe and blog article collection for people in search of a healthier way to nourish themselves. It combines original recipes with posts on wellbeing, nutrition and interviews. I create and test recipes, work with brands to showcase their products, undertake my own food photography and photo editing, run social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and create unique content on my own Squarespace website. I also write guest posts for other food and health bloggers, schedule social media posts, write and send e-mail newsletters and attend networking events with food bloggers and health food brands. In September 2017 I was awarded Best Free From Blogger by the Health Bloggers Community. In March 2019 I was awarded Health & Fitness Blogger Of The Year at the Nutramino Health & Fitness Awards in Dublin.

Working on a freelance basis with orchestras and classical music ensembles on one-off projects and tours. In this capacity I have worked as tour manager for the Mariinsky Orchestra with Gergiev at the Lucerne Festival, Daniel Hope and Danielle de Niese at Dubai Opera, Apollo's Fire tour of the UK and Ireland and have overseen sales of east-meets-west opera Sukanya by Ravi Shankar. Charity applications for UK arts groups, administration for arts organisations and consultation on classical music artist promotion and sales. Responsibility for budgeting, scheduling and delivering the Orchestra's residency, regional and engagement work in venues across the UK and all externally engaged studio recording work. This was around 80 concerts and 50 hours in the studio a year, half the Philharmonia’s annual activity. Special focus and experience in film concerts, gala events, cross-arts and festival performances as well as standard classical concert formats.Sole liaison for all studio recording bookings covering TV, film, video game, classical and non-classical sessions. Researching and building relationships with clients and prospects and taking them through the process from planning to delivery. Building and managing relationships with festival promoters and external engagers, securing work for the orchestra and creating programmes. Working with senior management team, artists and partners to develop new strands of events designed to attract corporate support and widen the Philharmonia’s audience base.
