The site is a recipe and blog article collection for people in search of a healthier way to nourish themselves. It combines original recipes with posts on wellbeing, nutrition and interviews. I create and test recipes, work with brands to showcase their products, undertake my own food photography and photo editing, run social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and create unique content on my own Squarespace website. I also write guest posts for other food and health bloggers, schedule social media posts, write and send e-mail newsletters and attend networking events with food bloggers and health food brands. In September 2017 I was awarded Best Free From Blogger by the Health Bloggers Community. In March 2019 I was awarded Health & Fitness Blogger Of The Year at the Nutramino Health & Fitness Awards in Dublin.
