Planned, developed and maintained four main farm garden areas alongside volunteers whom I managed. Prepared the gardens ready for the Queen's visit in July 2019. Stocked up the fruit and vegetable stall and latterly delivered fresh food to the on site food bank. Previous to this I was a Volunteer Support Worker at Pet Lodge, a Cafe Operative and blackboard and mural artist.

Achievements• Added character to the brand through my attractive displays and chalkboard signage, whilst keeping in line with the brand identity.• Developed interpersonal skills to effectively manage working/customer/supplier relationships.• Assisted with the set up of the Canonmills branch.

Responsibilities• Managed a VM Assistant in a medium sized store with eight open windows on one of Chester’s main thoroughfares. • Used sales data, the brief and knowledge of stock levels as a basis for decision-making during daily managerial floor walks concerning store/room set layout, hotspot and product placement. • Regularly used and updated PowerPoint floor plan to reflect possible and permanent changes in store. • Attended weekly in-store management meetings and also a regional meeting in place of store manager.• Inclusion in decision-making for the selection of new season products.• Presented visual launches and gave visual standards and guidelines training to sales team. • Implementation of customer events.• Ownership of visual office, tools and POS alongside visual inspiration boards and e-mail account. Achievements • Implemented various promotional displays from scratch in the adjacent Grosvenor Shopping Centre including displays in pop up shops and the central promotion area. • Developed people management skills.

Responsibilities• Worked under an experienced Habitat VM in a new large concept store with two large windows and two levels in the popular Liverpool ONE shopping centre. • Mastered merchandising of varying types of fixtures, window decal applications and painting skills. • Manage prop and tool sourcing and buying.• Completed electrical training and managed focusing and replacement of spotlights throughout the store.Achievements • Participated in seasonal displays and events within Liverpool ONE to further promote the store.• Created PowerPoint presentations of comp shops in London, which were distributed to the region.
