As a solutions engineer, I'm responsible for supporting a cross-functional team in the Manufacturing vertical within Western Canada to better connect with our potential and existing customers and guide them in their transformational journey.My primary responsibility is to work with Account Executives during the early and mid stages of a sales cycle to run customer discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and deliver product demos. I lead discovery sessions and act as a product expert. With the findings from the discovery sessions, I prepare custom demos for our customers to educate them and help them decide the best tool for their needs.My other responsibilities include creating educational assets for the Account Executive teams and helping them understand the value proposition behind Salesforce products. I run enablement sessions with them for hands-on training. I also lead customer enablement sessions for our existing customers at their early stages of implementation.

As a Senior Salesforce Implementation consultant at Deloitte, I acted as an agile functional lead who gathered business requirements and run workshops with the business leaders and users. With my findings, I created epics and user stories in JIRA and managed conflicting priorities to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. I worked closely with technical teams and design teams to bring the business requirements to life. I worked mainly in the public sector and led large-scale projects such as the British Columbia COVID-19 Vaccination Management project where I specifically lead the booking and registration functionality. I successfully delivered the vaccine registration website and scheduling functionality (that citizens loved using) within 2 months.
