Main POC for the entire Spanish Speaking LATAM to analyse and solve billing issues for Google's key platform (GMP) customers.While always keeping resolution time as short as possible, I undertake billing challenges, such as verify discrepancies, propose new billing setups and issue re-bills and/or credit memos when adequate.Together with Google's Sales dept. and backed up by the Global Support Team, I present some of my achievements below:- reduce the average resolution time (TRT) to less than 48h;- clear a 6-months backlog which consisted of over 150 billing issues in about 2 months after joining Google;- establish great relationship with clients from all Latin America countries, such as Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile, etc, in such way that our customers are assured their issues will be addressed in a timely fashion.

Project Owner and Project Manager:- Coordinate the team responsible for the internationalization of the products for Latin America;- Act as a Product Owner of the SaaS platform for ecommerce management;Provide technical and strategic logistics consultancy for the company’s clients.

Naval architect, Structural and Outfitting engineer:- Took part on two drillships projects as part of the Field Engineering Team in a Japanese shipyard. Tasks were performed such as answering inspection comments derived from discrepancies between Class Approved drawings and the actual production, providing solutions for interference between outfitting items, discussing with the local surveyor and the production team to result in good shipbuilding practices, etc.- Provided engineering support in many different aspects, such as ballasting analysis and stability studies for dry towing the drillship hull, structural calculations for local loads, generation of drawings and submission for Class Approval, monitoring design/detailing changes.

Basic focus on Outfitting and later had a wider focus, interacting with other areas of the shipyard.- Liaise with the engineering company and project management as focal point at WSE engineering for outfitting;- Liaise with the ship owner as focal point at WSE in order to answer comments and create an interface between all areas of the yard for a specific project;- Inclination tests and Sea trials, as well as Harbor Acceptance Tests, Bollard Pull tests, etc, as well as LR`s Class Rules, SOLAS and MARPOL;- Contact with suppliers and third-party manufacturers.

- Structural analysis of Offshore Systems: numerical models were developed using finite element software, such as OrcaFlex, DNV package, etc., providing solutions for maximum tension and fatigue in mooring lines; - Maneuverability analysis of ships in terminals: maneuvering simulations in “real time”, using a 3D simulator, and “fast time”, with simulation software, such as SHIPMA were carried out;- Numerical simulations of naval systems: numerical models were developed using software such as OrcaFlex, WAMIT and Dynasim in order to calculate ship hydrodynamics, as well as subsea components, in both frequency and time domain;- Development of Project Management skills, as well as contact with clients and suppliers, people management, etc.
