Managing the distribution to 191 stores across the whole Island of Ireland ensuring all compliance is adhered to in the Belfast and Dublin sites with the UK and Irish medical board

United Kingdom And Ireland

Responsible for change management of distribution centres at Rochdale, Coatbridge, Spennymor, Belfast, Dublin, Chester and Bradford in Boots network. Ensuring struggling sites were supported and managed and best practice was adhered to. I was also responsible for management of the closure of the Boots network and transfer to DHL CDC network, this involved the redeployments of 100 million pound worth stock back to the Boots Head Office and the TUPE and redundancy of over 2500 staff, ensuring the right staff were placed and redundant staff retrained and reskilled

Responsible for the management of the operation in the Boots supply chain for both North and South of Ireland , delivering to 200 stores across the Island of Ireland, employing 180 warehouse staff and 55 drivers. Managing a inventory of 2.5 million pounds of stock and picking circa 1500,000 cases per week. Accountable for all H&S, COSSH and MHRA compliance ensuring all OTC and P lines were distributed to all Boots Pharmacy’s in a legal and compliant manner.
