Responsible for the management of the Belfast operation in the Boots supply chain, delivering to 50 stores across the North and 2 in the South of Ireland, employing 80 warehouse staff and 20 drivers. Managing a inventory of 1 million pounds of stock and picking circa 500,000 cases per week. Accountable for all H&S, COSSH and MHRA compliance ensuring all OTC and P lines were distributed to all Boots Pharmacy’s in a legal and compliant manner.

Belfast

Started as Christmas temp picking the Christmas orders, was made permanent as a picker in the New Year and within 2 years became Supervisor of the night-shift. Worked as night – shift Supervisor for 4 years and transferred to the retail sector in 1999 as the Team Leader of operations within the busiest store in the North to obtain retail experience.
