Bij @level2work helpen we hoogopgeleide anderstaligen aan een nieuwe job op hun niveau in België. Dit doen we door speedmeets via een online tool te organiseren. Hierbij kunnen geïnteresseerde bedrijven met een talentnood contact krijgen met een of meerdere kandidaten die een match vormen met de vacature. Dit project is in samenwerking met de VDAB en voer ik uit tijdens mijn traject bij Co-vibes.

Co-vibes is een innovatieve start-up waarbij jongeren de kans krijgen zich verder te ontwikkelen en ervaring op te doen. Dit gebeurd via een intensief persoonlijk leertraject. Hierbij ligt de focus vooral op het ontdekken en ontwikkelen van de persoonlijke talenten. Gecombineerd met het aanleren van nuttige tools en peer2peer leren zorgt dit voor een pittig leertraject waarbij het netwerk dat je opbouwt onmisbaar word. Tegelijkertijd loopt er een stage in een extern bedrijf waar de talenten worden gematcht met de tijdelijke werknoden van dat bedrijf.Tijdens dit intensief leertraject bood ik ondersteuning aan het "team business development". Daarbij hervormden we van een "sales team" naar een bredere kijk en dus "team business development". Dit betekende meer inzetten op netwerken, repeat business en duurzame partnerschappen. De visie omzetten in een strategie was hier een grootte uitdaging waarbij ik enorm veel heb bijgeleerd.
