Upgrade PC hardware when necessary (RAM, motherboards, processors, etc.) Push Windows updates on user workstations, in order to ensure workstations were always up to date. Install new data runs (CAT5, CAT6) within the UPS buildings. Complete all technology projects released by the project coordinator in a timely manner to meet corporate deadlines. Properly support building needs by ordering any equipment and hardware necessary. Support and maintain servers as needed. Replace server hard drives, update server software, replace and update cabling as needed, replace servers. Install printers on servers. Replace and troubleshoot equipment at the facilities when needed. Ensure that the network is up and running on a daily basis. Maintain/replace domain controllers. Provide support to external customers that ship via UPS. Provide customers the hardware and software needed for a shipping station. Set up shipping workstations at their location and provide them with training on the software. Setup email for internal employees and provide them with training on Microsoft Office suite as presented. Work with internal employees and external customers to ensure their technology was up and running at all times.
