About Victor Mendoza

I enjoy helping individuals with optimal focus treatments to help them restore any part of their lives, wether is body injury or health in general. I use ART (Active Release Techniques), Medical Acupuncture and Myofascia Release. I enjoy teaching TaiChi part time, as well as a good exercise wether at the gym, running and doing Yoga. I am a firm believer that eating healthy and regular good exercise can diminish a lot of tension on our bodies physically and mentally.
